Martin Brudnizki Design Studio has created an elegant delicatessen that fits perfectly into both the timeless sophistication of the Rosewood London hotel and also the rich history of Holborn.

Utilising the grandeur of this high baroque building, the Studio has created an imposing entrance, with original dark oak doors inviting customers into the authentic and alluring delicatessen. All the charms of Edwardian shop design remain, as wooden and copper shelves filled with food surround the room and reach up to the neo-gothic chandelier above. The delicatessen provides the perfect complement to the Holborn Dining Room next door, whilst also a destination for passersby to sample the rich produce on offer.
