Sessanta is a neighbourhood restaurant in SoHo offering a menu of coastal Italian and Sicilian cuisine.
Commissioned by restaurateurs John McDonald and Steven Eckler, Martin Brudnizki Design Studio looked to the avant-garde aesthetic of Giò Ponti and the glamour of Federico Fellini to create a scheme that perfectly captures the playful and witty mood of mid-century Italy.

The interior displays a warm and organic feeling, with natural materials and an earthy palette punctuated with accents of colour in the leather seating and contemporary artwork adorning the walls.
Devised into a coffee house, restaurant and elevated dining counter, Sessanta feels intimate yet still retains an airy feel, as large sky lights, foliage and mirrors complement the wood panelling and add to the modernist feeling.
