Located opposite MBDS's Syrovarnya brasserie in Baku, Cafe Novikov is a restaurant that serves lunch through to dinner.
Utilising the building's grandiose architecture, Cafe Novikov's design features a double height ceiling, complete with trellis-patterned detailing, a sprawling marble patterned floor in tones of ochre, black and white and a feature terrazzo cake counter where delicate pastries and confectioneries are displayed. Large brass and glass pendant lights hang overhead, spotlighting the trellis ceiling pattern and helping to imbue a sense of the outdoors.

An adjoining covered terrace creatively incorporates the building's classical architecture and mature trees, helping to enhance the "outside inside" atmosphere. The hard patterned marble flooring and timber detailing are softened by soft upholstery in tones of burnt orange and cream whilst an eclectic collection of artwork neatly brings the scheme together.
