Inspired by the original Bavette’s in Chicago, Bavette’s at Park MGM pays homage to the original restaurant whilst adding a feminine edge.
With low-level lighting, tactile materials and a rich colour palette of burgundy and sky blue, Bavette’s has a glamorous, speak-easy ambience. Timber and leather contrast again soft button and ruched detailing whilst bevelled mirror and crystal chandeliers introduce light and elegance to the space, helping make it a destination in itself within the busy Park MGM hotel and resort.

A statement central bar with blue tiled front and antique mirror detailing contrast against the dark timber panelling. Brass table lamps and a complementary gantry overhead enhances the speak-easy ambience alongside artwork by David Plunkert which add vibrancy and energy to the low-lit restaurant. Tiffany-style table lamps add to the seductive mood with the piano-key inspired marble flooring drawing the eye towards the centre of the restaurant.
For those looking for a more relaxed area within Bavette’s, an entry lounge with deep seating in leather and mohair offers a relaxed and comfortable space in which to unwind. Walls are lined with ceiling height wooden bookcases brimming with hardbacks and objet providing a residential feel to the steakhouse restaurant.
