Maintaining the formal elegance of the original restaurant, this long established Knightsbridge favourite has undergone a significant and successful refurbishment alongside the direction of Martin Brudnizki Design Studio.

Encompassing 150 covers, the new design houses two exclusive private dining areas, a bespoke wine room and outdoor smoking terrace – all of which were designed by the Studio.

On par with a classic American grill room, materials such as chocolate-coloured limestone wall panelling were used to create a sophisticated and structured atmosphere softened by plush upholstery and textiles for the furniture and custom designed rugs. The decorative lighting and furniture was also custom designed by the Studio. Preserving and incorporating the original Topolski artwork into the new design was of great importance to the Studio in respect of the history of the space.
