Located in the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, Café Boulud is a classic mid-century brasserie with a contemporary twist.
Redesigned by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio in 2015, the new interior displays a modern playfulness whilst feeling comfortably current; as a warm palette and fun furnishings match the elegance and sophistication synonymous with the hotel it occupies.

The restaurant is gently illuminated with two lines of bespoke double globe pendant lights. These statement lights take inspiration from mid-century design maestro, Angelo Lelli, in the spherical shape, weightless structure and brass detailing and together with the brass and glass oval wall sconces, add to the relaxed glamour on offer at Café Boulud.
Creating a focal point and a new addition to the restaurant is the elegant dining counter painted in high gloss green lacquer and topped in white Calacatta marble.
The design is inspired by the finest craftsmanship of the modern era, from the Hermes wall covering in a blue herringbone pattern to the stylish ruched leather chairs in opulent oxblood and ribbed banquettes upholstered in tan or Jaguar green leather complete with tweed detailing.
