Situated at the Four Seasons Hotel in Dubai's Financial District, Mina Brasserie – helmed by acclaimed Chef Michael Mina – is a lively and modern space featuring an indoor-outdoor dining experience.

Bringing the dynamics of adored European brasseries to Dubai, the all-day dining concept is reflected in our design, from the pastel-hued colour palette to custom furniture and fixtures, the elegant yet informal space allows for private dinners and larger groups.

Dark timber panelling partly lines the interior walls, whilst the floor-to-ceiling windows offer unobstructed views out across the lounge-style terrace. A mixture of banquets and free-standing seating in blue leather, including custom pieces by And Objects, fill the space. Low-level lighting crafted from bevelled glass provide an intimate setting for evening diners. A striking bar takes centre stage, finished in hammered antique brass and calacatta marble. 

Outdoors, a pergola strewn with brass tear-drop pendant lights, verdant planting and free-standing trees mimics a courtyard found typically in Moroccan Riads. Timber-slatted table tops with rattan chairs and benches, all upholstered in blue patterned fabric provide a relaxed and comfortable setting.
